Bill, I think there are some things that no seller can protect himself from no matter how careful he is. One is when the buyer lies and says the item received is "not as described" in the auction -- damage, misrepresentation, etc. Another is when the postal letter carrier is sloppy in not registering delivery confirmation with his computer; the buyer can check this out to see that it was forgotten. Also, problems with some foreign countries having to do with verification and tracking. Others too in the links I show in other post in this thread.
