I think we (ChipTalk and TheChipBoard.com) can do a lot to combat this. If you want to play in our yard, you must not steal, or enable theft of designs or collectibles, or ANY chip.

I don't know if "banning" is done here Greg S., but I am about to start using the ban-hammer at ChipTalk for stuff like this.
