Your out of your mind if you think you were on line to buy a life membership. Your not eligible for a life membership so you are not on line. If the price of a driver's license went up the day you turned 16 and were finally eligible for a driver's license . . . were you screwed? You might be happy about it, but you weren't screwed.

Every decsion to raise prices has an arbitrariness to it. There must be a starting point for the new price. There will be a last person to pay the lower price and a first person to pay the higher price.
