John, Thank you for your entertaining post. I'm sure you accidently forgot the part where you meant to thank Neal for all of his efforts. As I'm sure you're aware he does this because he loves the club and the hobby. He gets nothing tangible for all of his work and his expenses come out of his pockect.
Where did you get the idea we were past the point "when some concrete action was going to take Place?" This was ALWAYS a long term project. When we got to $50,000 we established the vision and feasability committee. We looked at ideas but didn't find anything we were ready to commit to. Then we had a MAJOR setback when our committee chaiman passed away. He was a very good man and will be hard to replace.
Now I know my job is to be nice to everyone, take the critisim, and try to explain our position, but you next comments (Rat hole, law suite, and someone ascounding with the funds) is not only insulting, it's just plain ignorant. The funds are safe, the books are open to anyone, and I could care less what you think of me, but you owe Neal and several others an apology. Jim Kruse; Building Fund Chairman
