Last week I received an email from eBay that an item that I did not list for sale was listed on my account and cancelled with listing fees refunded. When I inquired about this infraction I was told that some scum sucker (in my own words) changed my email address and password and took control of my account. Lovely! After three days of trying to get this mess resolved I finally got resolution, but had to change both my email address and password. Ebay highly recommends doing this on a regular basis as this type of hacking is becoming more and more common. So here is another internet fraud to deal with when we thought we were all safe and secure in cyberspace.
