Well...
My home airport is Philadelphia so I have a jaded view of USAirways. In Philly USAir owns like 90% of the gates plus the towers. They are continually late, and dont provide much info.

There's an old joke where a guy who has been waiting for a flight to arrive asks at the counter for information on flight 50 due in 2 weeks ago. The counter agent says "as far as I know its still ontime". That always reminds me of USAir.

That being said they are probably just as bad as all other airlines (I've spent hours on the tarmac on just about every airline). I just see it with USAir cause I have few choices in Philly.
