In the past I ordered mine from Dirt Cheap Cigarettes (www.dirtcheapcig.com), but Massachusetts subpoenaed their records and Dirt Cheap refused. They then sent a subpoena to UPS and bingo - got a list of everyone from Massachusetts that purchased their cigarettes. Needless to say, I don't buy them through the mail anymore. I either buy the 2 for 1 specials when I see them or take a ride to NH.
