Seriously, you helped me realize a dream. One of my goals in life was to be published. Not only have I realized that dream three times over, the magazine is an award winning periodical to boot. That sir, is because of what you and John have put forth.

Here is my thought for the day.

I recently hit 15 years with my current employer. When I first approached them for hire, one fo the questions they asked was, "By hiring you, what can you do for us."

Today's generation is exactly the opposite. It is now all about them, and "What can you do for me."

My point? You could pay some people a million dollars a year, and they would complain it wasn't two million.

It is my hope sir that you do not change a thing.
