Is this a Car Track or Horse track?

In NY they have the Racino's to help the track out but its a State Gaming thing that is controled by the State of NY with the video machines.

Hopefully Vernon Downs will open and have the video gaming machines (give alittle run to the oneida nation with Turning Stone Casino).
