James is right....everybody knows where you stand....and that's fine with me....but your going to start losing what support you have by making these posts over and over and over...I'd let it rest and wait and see what the Board does. I'm pretty sure they all have heard you loud and clear. And the more you rattle everyones cage...the more you'll become "Stu the pain in the ass" instead of "Stu the guy with some good or bad ideas"....
