I wholehartedly agree with you Stu. I've had lots of fun in this hobby corresponding with folks before 1988 via snail-mail and I'm having just as much fun now (if not more in 2006) with all of the improvements. I believe it is the effort one puts into things. Others can't make it happen for you. It's been my experience that positive thinking people always seem to have more fun than negative thinking people.
Remember; there are 3000 members in the club, but only a couple of hundred who read what is posted on these message boards... and far less than that who take the time to actually post. This forum is NOT "the hobby" in my humble opinion.
