I usually stay at the Showboat or Taj and walk the Boardwalk to the other end hitting the casinos along the way and then hop the Jitney for the ride back.

The ones that travel the strip will generally stop at all the casinos. The have color coding etc at the stops but I'm like the typical dumb tourist that waits for the door to open and I ask the driver "does this go here"?
