The more important question is: Did you start out owning or renting?

I'm certainly not against owning a building but I know what it takes to actually acquire and maintain it. If you folks think this club is going to be able to buy, improve, furnish, staff and maintain a commercial building, you are simply living in pure fantasy.

Now, maybe they are giving away commercial property in Vegas or there may be a very generous bank or benefactor out there of which I am completely unaware but given the amount of money that has been and is being raised, you folks might want to step back into reality if you REALLY want to get this done during your lifetime.
