I just want to know what the building is going to be used for? Is the Club a non-profeit thing? if so, can't the Club apply for some kind of Government Grant...they give them to all kinds of groups. Is the building meant to be a retail store? I thought it would be like a museum, exhibit place with meeting rooms and office. I'm just lost on the whole thing...who would run it and what would they run...Would it be a World Wide Headquarters building? I've read all these posts and you guys can do whatever you want money wise..I just want to know what the building is meant to be used as.
