Hi Sam, Personaly I think it's a great idea. Fortunatly, because of out tax status, we are very limited on what we can do with the building fund money. In reality this is a very good thing, although guys like you and me are gamblers, not everyone is. We have some very smart, qualified people in our club who watch over the club's money and check and double check every move. There has been several times I was really dependant on the guidence of our attorney and another one of my club friends, a CPA and former IRS agent.

The building project was always intended to be a long term project. In reality, I think future members and collectors will reap the benefits of our work and that is fine. It would be great to find something that we could do immediatly. We are working very hard to accomplish this. We have several areas we our pursuing and who knows, we might find that one Angel and see the project become a reality sooner than later. What we will not do is jump into something that will put our funds and our membership at risk. Lately I've noticed one or two new members who seem to have an answer for not only the building club issues but every other problem that comes up on the board . This is ok, we appreciate all imput, but it's especially encouraging when someone who is an intellegent respected member like yourself takes an interest in the project and offers advice. Thank you.
