I am a new collector in the wonder world of hobby. I wanted know how SO many sellers on EBAY are able to get there hands on uncirculated casino chips. I was wondering if there was a way to contact casinos or paulson about getting casino chips uncirculated or if the sellers happen to know or be around when a fresh set of chips is about to make its way on the floor. Also, if the chips are not protected, like say as US uncirculated coins, then how are they indeed uncirculated. Anyone that can clear this up for me would help me tremendously! Thanks James
