You have to find what you want, from the tables.
10 - 20 chips of 1 kind, some will sell you from the cage.
Others tell you hit the tables.
I recently got 20 $1 Aladdin's and 20 - 50 cent
chips all brand new, from the cages.
Always give them a few bucks if they do, give you what your looking for.
And try someone else, if one says NO.
The roulette and craps tables are great for harvesting new chips!
