There are several sites with pictures of chips, as well as many that get posted here.

I would suggest that you get the consent of the person who has the scan. Most will say yes if asked, as long as you don't reuse it for commercial purposes. It is also polite. Note-some individuals will justifiably get very upset when there posts get copied and/or reused without being asked.
