The Las Vegas Hilton will be attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the 'World's Largest Buffet' as they help antacid king Alka-Seltzer celebrate their 75th anniversary. On Tuesday, March 28 the 500-item buffet will open to the public and event host Kathy Griffin will get everything started by taking the first bite! Not only is it an opportunity to be a part of history, but at $7.50 it's a cheap lunch and a way to fight against hunger as all of the proceeds will be donated to the nation's largest hunger-relief organization, America's Second Harvest.
