"Rich, FYI....these are current as well as the 2004 issues, and are used in the Poker room Only, I sell them on ebay for $1.29 + $1,85 shipping,. You are right that they were pulled in 1996 but they were not destroyed, and were re-introduced in 2004 with the 2004 versions which were slightly different. See scan:
