Para-Dice Club was at 1200 W. Washington St., East Peoria in the 1940s. The owner's granddaughter claimed that the Riverboat people offered to pay for the rights to the name, but they never paid.
The owner, Joseph Rafool, had another club called The Glee Club at 104 Center St., also in East Peoria. The Glee Club chip is the rare one. Glee Club is in the 1940 Peoria directory, but Para-Dice isn't, so I suspect Para-Dice is post 1940.
The "JR" T-mold chip is Joseph Rafool, and they come from the same hoard.
Any club operating in this area would have been controlled by the notorious Shelton Gang until the Chicago outfit moved in in the late 1940s. The Sheltons never would have allowed Taylor chips, since Taylor was controlled by their bitter enemies, the Chicago mob. The T-mold chips would have been ordered after the Sheltons were murdered...after 1948.
