It was IN FACT wrong and despite your assumption to the contrary, not everyone files a fraudulent income return and even if they did, it doesn't make it right.
I'm still laughing about this. An EA (a non professional) managed to get this right while so many of you fumbled around with it and STILL can't get it right.
