Another thing; don't ever use Outlook on a laptop over public Wi-Fi to check your e-mail. Your username and password are transmitted in clear text and can be picked up by someone else running "packet sniffer" software on a laptop. I saw it demonstrated the other day by a co-worker of mine.

If you do need to check e-mail, use something that submits your information using SSL like yahoo mail or gmail.
