According to the measurements supplied in the auction, appears to be what's left of Z3 N7134, one of Bugsy's chips. Looks as if someone has grindered off the unattractive blue inserts and all that small-key nonesense.

Looks appropriate for gluing to an automobile dashboard at this point. Or a beer mug.
