I think someone at the casino mailed him a letter before really thinking the whole thing through.

A few years back one of the NE Indian Casinos emailed me about my showing pictures of their chips on the internet. They really freaked out and told me to take them down immediately. I responded with a nice letter saying that out of good faith, I would temporarily remove the images, but that I thought they should reconsider and then get back to me. I gave them several reasons why I should be able to post the pictures and waited for their reply. After a week or so of not hearing anything from them, I put the pictures back up and never heard anything from them again.
