Seems they don't want their cards sold. You make a profit of something you found or was given and they aren't.
Reminds me of state lotteries, you can actually write to some and get samples of there tickets (some you have to pay the postage), others will send them to you for nothing. Once you get them and put them on ebay then you enter the "your in hot water" zone. Most Lotteries watch ebay to see whose tickets are being sold. I would think now that Casino's also do.
I wonder if you don't give them back they would sue you for them. Would be odd to sue over a plastic card you found on the floor or in a machine.
