Best info I have is that 400 each color + a couple overruns were made. However 399 sets remain in the props with at most 23 chips in public hands.
I only have the 3 colors shown available. I have 2 sets of the three and a single extra in black.
Chips were used in Season 3, episode 1 "Revenge is best served cold" (originally aired 9/26/02).
