I have a box of the small Buss chips, too. Got them on eBay 2 or more years ago. They are not in Seymour's Revised Edition, but they are coded in the 2001 Supplement to the book. The Supplement shows 4 versions of the chip -- A Safe Bet Fuses, Sure Winners Lights, Stand Pat on Fuses, and Always Good Fuse -- all with BUSS in the center.
