I love my scanner. It's a cheap Epson scanner, but it's easy to use, allows me plenty of control (more than I know how to use), and has always given me true scans...until now, that is. I have had no problem with the brightest of pinks, or any other color before. The image on my computer of the scans always looked just like the objects I scanned, as far as I could detect. The card below, however, is actually a deep purple color, not the royal blue that shows in the scan below. Does anyone have any suggestions how to get the true color? I have tried upping the red tones, but the color is still obviously wrong, and the white outside becomes pink. Are there any backgrounds or any other techniques that might work?
