Of those listed # 2, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 & 15 are definitely Chicago style addresses. #2 & #12 are around the corner from where we live, which is now Nortbrook, Ill. There is nothing at those corners to evidence these places.

No idea what the towns might have been called when these places existed. Rest of the addresses I mentioned are all Chicago proper unless they exist elsewhere in USA with exactly same names.
