I just read the information at the link above for the first time. Guess I am a little slow on the uptake here. It has some good words of caution.
Again, I will say there is only one thing I know for certain, "I don't know everything".
I have never posted anything on ChipTalk website, and haven't posted much here. I have been away for quite some time.
My apologies to those who were offended by others who posted info as though contributed to this board from me. Did that make sense? Anyhow, I am sure you get the drift.
Here are some facts I would agree with:
1. I once owned several thousand Le Cove chips.
2. I sold a few thousand of them to Bob D, and I sold many others to individuals I can't recall.
3. I no longer own any and have no leads on where to get more - except maybe Bob D.
4. I don't consider any single Le Cove chips to be rare.
5. I do think that Bob's Le Cove chip "set" is rare, given the perspective that there is maybe one or two others in the world that own an identical or very similar large set of Le Cove chips.
6. The information published in this link http://www.thechipboard.com/firsttime.htm should be read with some frequency by all who post here.
7. Because Life, Love and Family is precious, I am going to spend the rest of the day enjoying time with my wife and kids.
8. My name is Matthew Foster.
Take Care All.
