At Harrah's you pay on the way out. If you ask the parking attendant at Harrah's or The Boat nicely she/he will give you a transfer for use at another casino. I had seen a sign at Showboat on Fat Tuesday that said there would be a $5 charge for gold card members that day, but they weren't charging when I parked.
