Harrahs, and their properties (Bally's, Claridge, Harrahs, Showboat -- I dont know about Caesars) have free parking with a card. Showboat is on the way in, I dont know the others. Harrahs/Showboat is free self parking with gold, and free self/valet with Platinum or above.

Sands also has free parking with card.
