Terry; I've been told on past occassions by several readers of this message board that they click on the red X messages just to get rid of the blue subject line as a new post so that when they scroll down to review all posts at a later time for new ones ... the "red X" posts are not identified as new ones anymore and they can scroll right past them.

Makes sense I guess.
