I think you're missing the point. You're comparing apples to oranges. Official Price guide is not limited to Nevada. You're acting as if they are both the same types of price guides.

I agree with you that there are a lot more Nevada chips listed in TCR, however, there are only Nevada chips listed.

Depending on what type of price guide the person needs, either might be the best one for them if they are only buying one.

I pointed out many differences between the two, but you were too busy being defensive to actually say "yes, the pictures are a nice feature", or "yes, all of the information is nice", or yes, having Colorado and riverboats, etc are great making it the best "all around" versatile price guide"

Most serious chippers also have a pretty serious collection of price guides. So to say what is the best single price guide depends on the specific needs.

The point of my post was to say don't be so fast to trash another price guide that is a very different type. There are ways to go about it that doesn't degrade the other. Again, for you to make the statement that Official priceguide has left out almost as many as it includes is way out of line.

Let's also not forget that the authors of these and other price guides are chippers and club members who also happen to read this message board.
