When I took the bar exam, there was a Torts question that was directly related to my Professor yelling at me (I always started my analyis with something silly like poor victim, rather than was there a duty). He yelled at me one time "Is there a duty", during the exam, I started off the analysis inmy head wrong, and then I swear from the Stacks at Loyola Univ of Chicago Library, I heard him yell the same thing at me. I almost got the question wrong, so it is a good thing he yelled at me (he says it is a good thing I do Criminal Law).
