I understand that with currency if all of one serial number is present and at least part of the second serial number then the bill is still valid. How much of a casino chip must be present?
Most casinos would probably cash it as a goodwill gesture if nothing else. If this was a chocolate chip ($5,000) do you think a casino would accept it?
