I don't know about that Irv. Alot of ebay sellers won't sell to bidders from outside the U.S. whether PayPal is involved or not. On the other hand ... some folks from outside the U.S. deal in cash ... especially if buyer and seller are known to each other from previous transactions or through club affiilations! I trust most all buyers who have a CC & GTCC membership number. It's like the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval to me.
