All, from what I know, Spinetti's acquired the initial 30,000 Palmas chips, then sold the remaining 17,000 to Matt Foster. I currently own 8,000 of these myself. As for the Rounders Card Club chips, I don't remember seeing them listed as Bud Jones chips rathel metal inlay...link below.
