Anyone who knows chips would be the only people bidding on them anyway because they are expensive thus taking the neophyte buyer of the equation
The problem is, with his trumped up listing and of course the VERY RARE tag he may indeed get a person who is not educated in chipping to bid.
From his listing you can see he has indeed got a bidder. IF this person is educated or not in chipping is still yet to be seen.
