My TCR says this chip has 4-YEL, 4-GRAY; PAINTED ON.

Obviously, this chip has 3-YEL, 3-GRAY; PAINTED ON.

Whats' up ? Anybody know ?

Opinions ?

Sorry, i can't get "black" to scan well. Chip is near mint.
