i have no idea. there are just names on the list u have to post on the board to THE PERSON choose to send it to. there is no order. its pick and choose. i knew a few people on the lis.t but i picked some one i did not know. just because but it does come with a $1 chip inside. which is nice. but as for going to canada its a matter of time and choice i guess
