Thanks for the link, Michael. Interesting reading indeed. It does seem though that the conversation was related in large measure to the 'small town' element of the chip that you described.

I'd still be interested in hearing how others might address value discrepancy of the Mapes chip that I'm referring to above.

What would you all do if a seller or potential buyer? And if you for instance priced it high and a potential buyer referenced TCR's value estimate how would you explain that?

For the record, I paid a pretty penny for this chip since I wasn't privy at the time to the TCR estimates so am most interested in learning about more potential pitfalls in esimating value.
