The chips from Benny's in Louisiana are known in the hub mold. Although the black plain mold chip has the identical "B", I have not heard anyone tag it to Louisiana. I believe the chain mold chip was sent to Chicago, but it could have been a distributor to somewhere else.

In a nutshell... could be Benny's, but I don't know. However, these are not the same chips in my online guide.
