How do some people get their banner displayed numerous times within a short period of time, but others not? I refreshed this page over & over along with a few others and notice the same banners popping up within a short period of time. Some of the frequent displays don't even have a banner exchange display on their sites at all! Unless of course they're so hidden on a hard to find page that I'm missing it.

I'm just curious if I'm doing something wrong. Is there a trick to maximizing your exposure?
