Is this a gaming chip? It's from the P & O Steam Navigation Co. / M.V. Spirit Of London. Made of a lightweight plastic to simulate MOP, 44mm in diameter. The color is "cloudy white."

I believe it's the same P & O as the Peninsular and Oriental Company that is in the current news of the sale of US ports to a Dubai company.
