I don't care what a government body, charged with the enforcement of the law, thinks of my lawful hobby. I am certainly less concerned with the views of a body of a state which is not mine.

But I shiver at the thought that potentially unlawful or improper conduct is allowed to occur because a citizen is fearful that the enforcing body won't like having to do their job.

I acknowledge in the great scheme of things these chips not being honored, and confiscated is but a minor irritation. But I spend my days challenging law enforcement, and I have been threatened more than once. The State must be held accountable to the people, not the other way around.

This where patriotic music would start playing in the background. Truth is I hate BS from any quarter, and wrong is wrong.
