I use the 2 ½” x 2 ½” cardboard flips, and the 12-pocket vinyl binder pages. You can purchase items such as these from many different suppliers, but I use C.T. Coins (ctcoins@aol.com). As I recall the flips are about $7 per 100, and the pages are .70 each, 12 for $7, or 100 for $55. Prices might little more or less, as it has been a while since I purchased either.
I have seen collectors used different methods to seal the cardboard flips. Many use staples to seal the flips, but I prefer to use small (1/2” x ¾”) labels instead. (Avery product #05418). They are cheap. (Thanks to "Captain Q" for that great idea )
And, here is another hint. If you use binders/pages to store your chips, I recommend that you store the binders flat (not vertically as you would have them in a bookcase, etc.). If you store them upright, the vinyl pages will curl over time not matter what you do to prevent it.
Hope this helps.
