I travel on a regular basis with chips. What I do is pack them separately and put them in the gray bins as suggested.

Last month I had about 1000 chips on me. I always tell the screener I have chips in there as it's passing thru. This time the girl said the bag showed up completely black. This was the first time I was asked if I would like a private screening to which I said yes. I like to use the club tote. This way it tells the screener whats in the bag by the logo. After I pass thru I put the tote back into my carry on. Barry
