Darrell and I got a couple of comp nights at the Riv a few weeks back. When I called to reserve the room, the calltaker would not guarantee any tower. When we checked in though (on a Thursday night), I mentioned we'd like the Monte Carlo Tower, and the nice lady at the check-in desk put us right into the MC Tower, no problem! I think since most of us are coming during a weekday, there shouldn't be any hassle getting us into the Monte Carlo Tower....and we really liked the room, very spacious and clean!
